Our Program
Foundations believes having fun in sobriety involves embracing a lifestyle free from the bondage of substances while discovering and enjoying various activities that promote well-being and joy. It means finding new hobbies, reconnecting with old interests, and engaging in social events without the influence of substances.
Our Process
Our three-phase program is designed to guide individuals through the journey of recovery, offering a structured path to lasting sobriety and reintegration into the community. Each phase—Discover, Achieve, and Empower—builds on the last, providing the tools, support, and skills needed to create a stable, fulfilling life free from substance abuse.

Discover
During phase one of the program, clients will discover the tools necessary to achieve long-term sobriety and stability in life. Our clinicians and staff will help clients identify their short and long-term needs and objectives and the steps necessary to complete them. During this phase clients will be provided with customized clinical care, ensuring an individualized treatment plan for moving into the next phase.
Key elements include; assisting individuals secure their driver license, EBT card, insurance, employment integration, resume building, communication with interested parties, life skill coaching amongst others. Initially the objective is to stabilize the client and create stability in a well-structured living environment. Once a client is stable they are ready to move into phase 2 of the program.

Achieve
During phase 2 clients will achieve stability in time management, employment, finances and relationships, with a focus on a healthy relationship with self and community. Clients will gain the confidence and insight that empowers them to achieve their goals.
At this point a client is generally working part-time, attending meetings, taking a more active role within the house and discovering ways to enhance their life through healthy daily routines. At this juncture the client likely has a few weeks of recovery and is beginning the journey into the next phase of the program which will enable them to be reincorporated into society and be reunited with their family and the community.

Empower
Phase 3 consists of clients developing lasting change, through maintaining all learned life skills. Clients will be empowered to create a life rooted in long-term recovery. The individual will likely be working full-time, attending a recovery program, engaging more and more with their family and the community and moving towards the goal of personal freedom in their own space outside of the home.
It is our goal to provide the client with all the tools necessary for a successful reintegration into the community. While there is no graduating a life rooted in recovery, clients are celebrated on the day they graduate and go enjoy a new life, free from substance abuse.
