Dillon Larson
Chief Executive Officer
Dillon Larson, Chief Operations Officer (CEO) of Foundations Inc. and principal investor, personally identifies with struggles of addiction. He has enjoyed success after achieving sobriety and has committed his time and money to helping others.
Dillon’s passions are two-fold, assisting those in recovery through hope and structure, and supporting environmental causes that focus on long-term sustainability. His education guided his love for the environment with a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University in Environmental Studies. A high achiever, Dillon has found success in many areas of business including an 11-year run as a realtor that has placed him in the top 5% of all Colorado realtors, co-founder and co-owner of Foundations Inc., and owner of Larson Home Realty.
He is driven by the core philosophy that to achieve true success it must come from nurturing the physical, emotional, and spiritual side of life. His holistic approach to life has directly contributed to his success in business.
Angela Schulz
Chief Financial Officer
With a solid background in property management and government-subsidized housing, Angela has successfully navigated the complexities of the industry. Her expertise extends to revenue management, where she has demonstrated a keen understanding of financial strategies to support and sustain recovery programs.
As a grant recipient, Angela has been instrumental in securing funding to further the mission of recovery initiatives. Her ability to successfully manage grants showcases her dedication to expanding resources and services for those in need.
Angela Schulz is not just a professional in the substance abuse recovery field; she is a compassionate advocate who believes in the transformative power of recovery. Her wealth of experience, combined with a genuine desire to see others succeed, makes her a valuable asset in the journey towards lasting recovery.
Danny Murphy
Regional Director of Operations
My professional journey began with 16 years at UPS, followed by a role as a Business Agent for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, where I advocated for thousands of union drivers. Eventually, I shifted to my true passion: supporting individuals struggling with substance abuse. Through this transition, I gained a deep understanding of addiction’s complexities and the critical role of support networks.
I started as Director of a Sober Apartment Community, where I grew the resident population from zero to 57. This experience sharpened my leadership abilities and gave me a profound sense of purpose. Today, as part of the Foundations team, I am continually inspired by the resilience of those seeking recovery.
As a proud father of four, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in my community. I leverage my personal experiences to connect with and support individuals on their own recovery journeys. In my spare time, I share my story at various events, advocating for awareness and education on addiction and recovery.
My personal and professional journey has given me a unique perspective on the challenges of recovery, and I am committed to using this experience to empower others and create meaningful change in my community.
